Role Overview

This role is all about building and scaling modern web applications using technologies like React, Next.js, and Node.js. You’ll work on end-to-end solutions and play a key role in shaping architecture and product decisions. It’s best suited for experienced developers who enjoy ownership, system design, and building polished user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

● Design and build scalable full-stack applications using modern frameworks ● Take ownership of features from idea to deployment ● Develop dynamic, content-driven web experiences using headless CMS ● Optimize performance, caching, and system architecture ● Collaborate with designers and teams to deliver high-quality products ● Improve development processes and introduce better tools/practices ● Solve complex technical problems across frontend and backend

Qualifications & Requirements

● Strong experience with React, Next.js, and Node.js ● Proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript ● Experience designing scalable system architecture ● Knowledge of APIs, state management, and data modeling ● Familiarity with headless CMS platforms ● Strong communication and collaboration skills

Must-Have Non-Negotiables

● Solid experience as a full-stack engineer (senior level) ● Ability to design and build end-to-end applications ● Strong problem-solving and system thinking mindset ● Experience working with scalable and production systems ● Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Nice-to-Have Skills & Bonus Qualifications

● Experience with microservices architecture ● Knowledge of performance optimization and caching strategies ● Familiarity with real-time systems ● Experience working with global or distributed teams
